Personal favorite here, the legendary Toyota 86 GT '12 from Gran Turismo 6. It's the car that I have driven the farthest in game, and probably one of my more heavily tuned cars.
Gone through four paintjobs until I've decided on this one. Redlines at 200 mph with stock transmission. Do think the Motegi rims add to the character of this playful car.
